McCareth Best Bonsai Trees seeks to provide a risk free environment for the bonsai enthusiast to obtain quality Bonsai Trees. We provide quality assurance McCareth Best Bonsai selects trees from nurseries which have many decades of experience in cultivating, pruning, and training bonsai. We do not, and will not, sell a bonsai that has been rushed to “maturity.” These carefully chosen bonsai have experienced meticulous care and crafting. They're healthy, established and reflect years of artistic influence. What we expect We expect that when you receive one of our carefully chosen bonsai you will have the “peace of mind” that your bonsai is of the highest level of quality, maturity and stature, and will arrive in excellent health. We give a risk free guarantee We want to take the risk out of obtaining a bonsai, so we provide a “risk free” guarantee. In the rare event that your bonsai does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement, exchange, or refund with no questions asked. We take the risk out of shipping We appreciate your order and will do everything possible to assure that your tree arrives quickly and in a healthy condition. With this in mind, our experienced packers carefully pack each bonsai and schedule all trees to arrive in no more than 2-3 days. In order to minimize the risk of a bonsai being held by the carrier over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We watch the weather and will delay the shipment of your tender tropical tree order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage during transit.
