The Black Locust Bonsai Tree has a picturesque oriental appearance. The dark gray bark is rugged and deeply furrowed with an attractive basket-weave texture, the twigs are spiny (thorns). It has slightly fragrant white blossoms with a touch of yellow that attract bees and grow in long racemes in late spring. This plant will tolerate some over watering, don't allow it to dry out. This fast growing flowering bonsai is an Outdoor Bonsai.
